谷立言：「台灣通過『全面性』特別預算條例非常重要

ＡＩＴ處長谷立言在其ＦＢ表示：「台灣通過『全面性』特別預算條例非常重要，這不僅向國際社會發出非常重要的信號，且對於確保台灣能夠獲得其所要求的全部防禦能力也至關重要。

例如，我們已經宣布了一些系統，包括海馬士火箭和M109自走砲系統，都是非常重要的系統；國防部的特別預算中，還希望採購包括一體化防空反導系統、無人載具、無人機等。

正如在中東或烏克蘭戰場上所看到的情形，世界各地對這些系統的需求非常高，無論是民間企業或是美國政府都在進行資源競爭。」 ---

"I believe it is vital for Taiwan to pass a 'comprehensive budget package. This would not only send a critical signal to the international community but is also essential for ensuring Taiwan acquires the full range of defense capabilities it has requested.

For instance, we have already announced systems such as HIMARS and the M109 self-propelled howitzer systems, which are of great importance.

Furthermore, the Ministry of National Defense’s special budget seeks to procure integrated air and missile defense systems, unmanned vehicles, and drones, among others. As evidenced on the battlefields of the Middle East and Ukraine, these systems are not only critically important but are also in extremely high demand worldwide." --- AIT Director Raymond F.
